At Hudson 3D Labs, based in Hoboken, NJ, we try to stay at the forefront of 3D printing innovation, and want to use our expertise to help others achieve their dreams. We specialize in providing swift, affordable 3D printing and design consultation tailored for small businesses, engineers, designers, and hobbyists. Our mission is to deliver a seamless experience while understanding and meeting the diverse needs of our clients.

Our team has a background in electronics engineering & manufacturing, specializing in rapidly designing and mass producing advanced industrial electronics for highly demanding applications (semi-conductor fab equipment, Aerospace parts including for manned space flight, life supporting medical equipment), while ensuring the highest level quality and performance.

Our team was first introduced to 3D printing in 2019, using an entry level machine to create enclosures and components in the development of an experimental fitness tracking device. While our first project didn’t quite take off, our passion for 3D printing remained.

Since our first machine, the industry has changed rapidly, adoption has been increasing, even in traditional manufacturing environments. We spent countless hours designing parts for various projects and even just for fun, and spent even longer tinkering with our machines, designs, and software, learning how to print parts with the best quality. We even helped adopt 3D printing at our traditional engineering & manufacturing workplaces, allowing quicker development of prototypes and rapid/cost effective creation of low cost fixtures and bespoke assembly equipment.

By 2023, we decided to try selling some of our products, and while it started off slow, we quickly began to pick up pace. You can find more about our other projects elsewhere on the site. Throughout 2024, we sold over 2000 printed parts to hundreds of customers, both in person and online. Our online stores alone processed over 100 orders, with 20+ 5 star reviews. We gained a lot of valuable experience from this, and we expanded our capacity significantly, and further improved & refined our design and production processes.

In late 2024, we decided to start Hudson 3D Labs to use our expertise and capacity to help others reach their goals too. We know that bringing an idea to life or launching a product can be a cumbersome, difficult, and at times frustrating an experience, but it is almost always worth it in the end.
